FAQ
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our Pennsylvania studio within 2-3 business days.
What if I don’t love my item?
We want you to love your new garment and your customer experience. Items that are new, with tags, and returned within 7 days in original or equally protective packaging are eligible for a refund. Unworn pieces are thoughtfully returned to the site for others to enjoy. Items that are not new or are returned without tags cannot be refunded.
Do you offer exchanges?
Because we produce in very limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Where are your clothes made?
Our fabric is spun to order by our ethical partner in Los Angeles specializing in highest-quality, ethically produced fabrics. We sew our items in women-owned factories in Manhattan and Long Island City, NY. I design the pieces in my Pennsylvania studio.
What is your sizing like?
Our sizing follows standard US measurements rather than reduced couture sizing. Please see fit notes and model information on each product page.
How do I care for my garments?
Our garments are the finest, black cottons. Less frequent washing helps preserve color and structure. Always delicate wash in cold and flat or line dry to preserve color and quality. For pieces you wish to preserve in like-new condition, such as our Winslow coat, we recommend dry cleaning.
What makes your fabric special?
Our garments are made from the finest cottons for longevity, comfort, and overall quality. The fabric breathes and moves with you like your favorite tee while maintaining the presence of an elevated piece. With proper care, your garments will wear with you beautifully over time.
Why is your small-batch philosophy important?
We design and produce in very limited runs, allowing careful attention to each style while growing responsibly, rather than creating excess. Our customer is discerning and intentional, and by releasing only what is needed, we honor both our customers and the materials we work with.
